Privacy
How Tanjong looks after your plans and your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
What Tanjong keeps
Your account's name and email, held by Clerk, which runs sign-in.
The floor plans you upload, the crops you make of them, the 3D plans traced from them and every saved version, your conversation with Ari, and the reels you export.
A record of each time Ari runs (when, for which project, and how much of the AI service it used), to keep daily limits and costs in check.
What it's used for
Only to build, show and edit your homes, and to run Ari, its assistant, when you ask. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts Tanjong and stores your files and data.
Clerk manages accounts and sign-in.
An AI service provider processes the plan images and messages Ari works on, to produce its replies. Under its terms with us, it doesn't use them to train its models.
Keeping and deleting
Everything stays until you delete it. Deleting a project removes its plan, history, chat, reels and the files you uploaded for it, straight away. To delete your account and everything in it, delete your projects, then delete the account from the account menu.
Using Tanjong fairly
Upload only plans you have the right to use. 3D models and reels are artist's impressions of a floor plan, not drawn to scale, and renovation checks are general guidance, not professional advice: confirm with HDB, your MCST or a qualified professional.
